How does it work?
Once the project is delivered and signed off, we will introduce you to our customer relationship manager. He will be in touch with you and will ask you about the health of the project on the regular basis. You can contact the relationship manager if you face any issues or bugs. He or she will make sure that you get the support from the technical team as early as possible.
- Life-time support is provided to a Fixed Cost Project that is developed by us from the very beginning.
- This support will not be applicable when
- A third party developer makes changes in the coding.
- Third party APIs or applications make changes and that affect your applications.
- There is a software update.
